At The House of Formals, every garment is crafted with care and made specially for you based on your chosen style, fabric, and measurements.

Because your garment is personalised and made especially for you, we follow a simple policy designed to make the process fair and convenient for both you and our customers.

1. Alterations Within 30 Days

If you feel your garment needs an alteration, you can contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible alterations during this period will be provided free of charge, subject to our alteration guidelines and inspection.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your House of Formals garment, so our team will be happy to assist you with eligible fitting adjustments.

The garment must be:

• Unused and unwashed.

• In its original condition.

• With all original tags intact.

• Not altered by another tailor or service provider.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Since our garments are custom-made and personalised for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind.

• Change in personal preference.

• Choosing a different style or fabric after placing the order.

• Not liking the final look of the garment.

• Change in size or measurements provided by the customer.

• Any other personal preference or reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

What if there is a Manufacturing Defect?

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every House of Formals garment.

If your garment has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

After our team reviews and confirms the defect, you can choose either an exchange or a refund for the affected order.

We will work with you to make sure the issue is resolved as smoothly as possible.

3. Refunds

A refund is available only when a manufacturing defect is confirmed by The House of Formals.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal preferences, fitting preferences, or other reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

4. Paid Alterations After 30 Days

We understand that your requirements may change over time. Even after the initial 30-day period, you can request an alteration for your House of Formals garment.

After 30 days, alterations will be available at the following charges:

*Monogram removal requires panel replacement and therefore has a higher charge.
