- 30-Day Alteration: Eligible alterations are free within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom-Made: Every garment is made specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or fitting preferences.
- Manufacturing Defects: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you can choose an exchange or refund.
- After 30 Days: Alterations are available at applicable charges.
- Original Condition: Alteration or defect requests require the garment to be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and not altered by another tailor.
